Cancellation Policy
Individual Appointments
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Group / On-Site Appointments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all group bookings. The remaining balance is due on-site at time of service.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service will result in forfeiture of deposit.
