Specialty Kit Collections
For patient-supplied or provider-supplied collection kits (fertility, hormone panels, specialty diagnostics, etc.).
Service Price Details Specialty Kit Collection $100 Includes venipuncture, kit completion, packaging, temperature control, and drop-off at FedEx/UPS or designated lab Complex Kits $115 – $135 Multiple components, extended handling time, or special packaging requirements Additional Kits $25 each Per additional kit collected at the same appointment
Concierge & Provider Services
Service Price Details Concierge Mobile Draw $125 For wellness clinics, telehealth providers, and private physicians. Extended appointment time and priority handling included. Provider Office Visit $150+ For clinics and practices needing recurring or on-call mobile phlebotomy support. Contact for custom rate.

All services are performed by a certified, trained phlebotomist. Specimens are handled according to lab and OSHA standards. We are not a lab — we collect and transport only. Lab processing fees are billed separately by your provider.
